UK HQ & Warehousing
A new UK headquarters and warehouse has been designed for Tennant UK on the Kings Heath Industrial Estate in Northampton. GSS were novated as architects to Stepnell Ltd, the main contractors, while GSS’s quantity surveyors acted as Employers Agents for Broadley Properties Ltd, the site developer.
The site in Gladstone Road dates from the 1960’s, and in order to make way for the development some older buildings have been demolished. By setting back the new building there is space for vehicles to turn round on site as well as extra off-road parking. The redevelopment has given a considerable boost to the area.
