The specification included comfort cooling, suspended ceilings, LG3 recessed lighting, carpeting to offices and fitted kitchens.
The development also includes a £2 million three-storey 10,000 sq ft headquarters building for Medigold Health Consultancy Ltd. This also incorporates a state-of-the-art occupational health centre.
