This social housing development of 62 one- and two-bedroom flats was completed for the Yarlington Housing Group in Chard, Somerset, in the autumn of 2010. The three-storey development, which is in Bradfield Way, just off the town centre, has helped to regenerate this part of the town.
There are substantial communal facilities including a large lounge with an integral kitchen.
